“Great post! It discusses the ingredients of a well thought out marketing strategy. I love the use of the animals. We like to see ourselves as Foxes when in reality we are roly poly Hedgehogs, following the accepted and tried social media marketing ideas. Unfortunately we do not always have the time to be creative. Many small businesses do not have a dedicated marketing division. The Internet and social media forces businesses to establish a presence sooner than later in order not to be outdone by the competition. Consequently we fail to take time to develop a strategy that will produce the desired response from our targeted clients or potential clients. You are correct in reminding us that what works for one business might not be appropriate for another. I have my homework”
